How do I send and receive documents?
All our clients have access to our secure, HIPAA compliant FTP site for sending us voice files and retrieving completed documents.
All clients have their own private password to this secure site, ensuring complete confidentiality for the documents being exchanged.

Why charge per line?
We believe our clients value accuracy over all else. By charging by the line, our clients have the freedom to take their time while
dictating to be as clear as possible, giving us the ability to maintain the highest accuracy rate possible. This also takes the
guesswork out of hourly rates in that the finished document is proof of the amount of work put into any given document.

Rates
Each client has different needs, and rates for various services will reflect these needs. Below is a guideline
as to how different payments plans will work:
Per Line
Rates on a per-line basis are a standard $0.12 per line, with no minimums. This would cover straight transcription, but does not cover STAT reports and/or difficult dictations.
For STAT reports (less than 24 hr TAT) and difficult dictations (poor quality recordings, unusually heavy foreign accents, etc.) the fee would be $0.20 per line.
Per Page
For a client who needs regular work that is not straight typing (invoices, charts, graphs, etc.) the fee would be on a per-page basis,
starting at $3.50 per page depending on how much detail is necessary.
Per Hour
For any miscellaneous work that would not fit into the above categories (mostly research-based projects), fees would be on an hourly basis
and would be negotiated with the client.
