All our clients have access to our secure, HIPAA compliant FTP site for sending us voice files and retrieving completed documents.
All clients have their own private password to this secure site, ensuring complete confidentiality for the documents being exchanged.

Why charge per line?
We believe our clients value accuracy over all else. By charging by the line, our clients have the freedom to take their time while
dictating to be as clear as possible, giving us the ability to maintain the highest accuracy rate possible. This also takes the
guesswork out of hourly rates in that the finished document is proof of the amount of work put into any given document.
